About Me

I set up my private practice a few years ago with the sole aim of offering compassion, understanding, connection and guidance to my clients - a place where they can feel accepted and safe.

​

I make no secret of the fact my own life was very turbulent until I decided to turn it around, step by step, ten years ago. Therapy was a big part of my journey, strengthening my belief we all can overcome ourselves and our life situations to lead peaceful, fulfilling lives.

​

In 2014 I went on to train as a therapist myself, gaining qualifications in both integrative psychotherapy and hypnotherapy.

​

 I love my work and feel truly privileged to be a part of people’s healing.
