Anxiety All. The. Time.

If you’ve never had it, you can’t imagine it. But for those of us who have, it’s a very unique kind of hell. Not only does it convince us of things that aren’t true, it also frightens us, threatens us, bullies us and holds us back. It makes us sleep too much or too little, eat too much or too little. It causes havoc with our digestion and makes us shaky, unwell and dizzy. Long term sufferers of anxiety will know how it dims the light on our life and puts us slap bang in survival mode - every day a battle to get to the end.


At one point in my life I was so used to feeling this way it actually stopped occurring to me I could feel better. I didn’t believe it and I didn’t know how.


For sure, acute and/or chronic anxiety is a challenge but if there’s a chance of improvement why wouldn’t you take it?


With the right information and support it’s possible to feel like yourself again. Stronger. Calmer. More present.
